Property Manager

Jess Bobash

Meet Jess Bobash, Property Manager at Easy Livin.

With over 10 years of experience in the property management industry, Jess is a seasoned manager, leader, and mentor. Prior to joining Easy Livin, she oversaw hundreds of multi-family units and new construction properties, successfully leading her teams to achieve strong operational results.

Outside of work, Jess enjoys spending time outdoors, cooking, reading, and making memories with her husband and two children.

Finance & Administration

Brad Terry

Meet Brad, Our Finance and Administration Manager at Easy Livin.

He’s responsible for running the “behind the scenes” of the management team and ensuring our residents have an “easy livin’ experience from the time they move in to the time they move out.

Brad earned his Bachelor of Finance at Indiana University of PA and joined the team in late 2024.

Outside of work, he focuses on his health, loves the outdoors, and to get a quick 18 holes of golf in whenever he can.

Assistant Property Manager

Edisa DeJohn

Meet Edisa, Assistant Property Manager at Easy Livin.

Edisa brings 7+ years of experience in leasing and property management.

Throughout her career, she has successfully leased properties and led teams within multi-family communities, with a strong focus on day-to-day operations and resident satisfaction.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and pets, and staying busy attending the many sporting events her children participate in throughout the year.

Maintenance Coordinator

Zach Helbling

Meet Zach, Maintenance Coordinator & Project Manager at Easy Livin.

Zach brings over 15 years of construction and project management experience to our team, with a strong background in overseeing large and complex projects while maintaining a clear focus on quality, efficiency, and customer experience.

He also possesses strong technical knowledge in electrical and plumbing systems.

Outside of work, he has a passion for music and he enjoys spending time with his wife and taking advantage of the outdoors, especially out on his boat.
