Resident Manager
Jess Bobash
Meet Jess Bobash, Property Manager at Easy Livin. Jess has 10+ years of experience in the property management industry as a seasoned manager, leader & mentor. Prior to Easy Livin, Jess managed hundreds of multi-family units and new construction buildings, leading her team to be successful. When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, cooking, reading and spending time with her husband and two kids.
Resident Admin
Brad Terry
Meet Brad, Resident Admin at Easy Livin. He’s responsible for running the “behind the scenes”, working alongside Jess and Bill. Brad earned his Bachelor of Finance at Indiana University of PA and joined the team in late 2024. Outside of work, he focuses on his health, loves the outdoors, and to get a quick 18 holes of golf in whenever he can.
Maintenance
Bill Oliverio
Meet Bill Oliverio, Maintenance Manager at Easy Livin. Bill has over 35 years of experience in residential home remodeling, building, and maintenance. He is responsible for ensuring our homes are maintained at the highest quality possible. After running his family owned general contracting business for years, he decided to join the team. When he’ not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and camping on the weekends.
